Eric Mbua, MD is a resident physician in the Georgia South Family Medicine Residency Program at Colquitt Regional Health System. Originally from Cameroon, Central Africa, Dr. Mbua earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Buea before completing medical school at Ross University School of Medicine. He chose Georgia South for its hands-on training, supportive faculty and strong focus on community-based care. Dr. Mbua is drawn to family medicine for its comprehensive scope and the opportunity to build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients while emphasizing preventive care.
