Anthony Cimmino, MD is a resident physician in the Georgia South Psychiatry Residency Program at Colquitt Regional Health System. Originally from New York City, Dr. Cimmino brings a diverse academic background to his training, with degrees in communications, business administration, and medicine. He was drawn to psychiatry by a passion for science and a desire to improve patients’ quality of life through better mental health. As part of Georgia South’s close-knit and community-focused program, Dr. Cimmino values the wide range of patient experiences, strong teaching culture, and supportive environment that allow residents to grow both clinically and personally.
