Xuan Ouyang, DO is a resident physician in the Georgia South Psychiatry Residency Program at Colquitt Regional Health System. Originally from Beijing, China, Dr. Ouyang brings a global perspective to his training, shaped by his early experiences in areas with limited access to healthcare. His passion for psychiatry is rooted in a desire to serve vulnerable populations and provide compassionate, patient-centered mental health care. As a member of Georgia South’s close-knit and supportive residency program, Dr. Ouyang values the strong mentorship, collaborative environment, and commitment to building meaningful community connections.
